Trying to re-download my full-version copy
« on: March 19, 2008, 01:14:09 am »
I go into my mail and find the order confirmation mail, with the download link, and when I click it I get the message:

Cannot download

This product is no longer available for download, this may be due to the maximum number of allowed attempts exceeded or the allotted time.
Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support.

If you can send us an email to admin@bit-blot.com with some identifying info (your full name, email address you ordered the game with, order number etc) we can reactivate your download for you. :)

I believe Plimus should send a new link within 24 hours. (although, usually its pretty instantaneous)
