Stick in Sun Temple

Hi,I know that there are many results for searching sun temple,
but still,I  'm still stucked inside.

I remembered that someone said to bind the blue stone to somewhere to light it up
in order to pass through the dark areas..

However how hard I try,that blue stone just floats on the water surface
can somebody give me a tip ?

I nearly get crazy because of this  stone 
(I have get spirit, energy, nature,  and fish forms ,also Li already)

It won't get under water until you brought it to the sunlight. So you have to bind it and transport it on the surface to the sunlit place (upper left side).

you are stuck at the blue stone part of the temple but you already have sun form?

Can I travel through the dark area without using that stone ?

pretty much impossible. there is a 'lock' of sorts that you have to be able to see to open. you have to be able to move that blue stone over to the room with sunlight by manipulating the water level, I can't remember the exact sequence but using bind, dragging the stone to the various columns, switching the water levels with the gear will get you there!

Now I'm stuck in the cave of whale song
I sing the notes of red water drop,blue circle,purple circle,blue circle and green leaf
My friend said something will happen after that but no !
Did I do it wrong ?

Also,it is making me nuts to get the spirit form
I just keep dying from that 3 man like creatures ! (spoilers?)

The whale song is not used at the place where you find is, write it down for the time.
You need spirit form no get to the place where the song can be used.

As for getting spirit form, i didn't rely have a problem so cant be of much help, just was in energy for all the time and gliding around spamming fire balls.

Bear in mind they occasionaly turn incorporal. Shockingly.

You might try munching on some energy form + and defense + foods. That has been probably the easiest boss for me so far.

You know, I tried using the fish form bubble trick to trap a couple of them at a time...but it just ended up making things worse.  The bubbles don't auto-aim like energy form shots do and by the time I trapped 2 of them, I'd usually hit the 3rd by accident.  Then I'd be stuck waiting for like 30 seconds while they de-bubble and try again.  All in all, it's about as hard to dodge 1 as it is to dodge 3, so trapping them in bubbles just causes more hassle than it's worth.  For me anyway.  Spider Roll and Energy Form Shot + foods are definitely the way to go agains the spirit form boss(es).
