newbie please help

hiya, can someone please help me im stuck on the first level and carnt seem to pass it, i know its probably really simple and obvious but its driving me mad lol, thanks everyone xx

You're being very difficult to understand.  This game doesn't have "levels" and the "first level" if you wanted to call it that, is just swimming forward for a few minutes.  Perhaps if you gave us the NAME of the area you're in?  Like "starting cave" or "song cave" or "home waters".  It should tell you when you enter the area where you are.

thank you for your kind reply, i wasnt sure which area i was in and where i had to go and what to achieve to move forward into the next area, ive now solved this and found my energy form. still a little stuck but i'll keep percevering, thanks once again glamador x
