Graphics problem

Ive downloaded the demo and I have a graphicproblem. I have Asus Geforce 8500gt, Vista ultimate 32bit, LG 22" WS-screen 1680x1050.
The game seems to look great in 1024x768 except that the picture is flickering (or what you should call it)....my english isnt the best.
When unclick "framebuffer effects" the flickering disappears, bit I think my graphiccard should be able to handles the game with the effects, right?
I have downloaded the latest drivers from Asus site.
Im running the game in fullscreen. When I try to run it in a window I only get music.

You should grab the latest drivers from NVidia, not Asus I believe...

I believe Vista support is improved in the latest version.

I now have downloaded and installed the drivers from Nvidia instead. Although when I installed it I discoverd that it was exactly the same drivers as I had downloaded from Asus page.

...so the problem stays =(.

Actually it seems to work now. After the install of the nvidia drivers (wich is named the same as the one on asus page) I restarted the computer. Now it works =).
Don´t know what the problem was.
