Beast Form (spoilers)
« on: December 24, 2007, 12:41:08 am »
I just finished Mithralis and got the beast form. In the city, near the top, I found a blue crystal next to a stream of water I couldn't pass, which I couldn't find a way to use. Then I found that I could shoot blue bolts for a short while, although I didn't manage to repeat what I had done. Any explanation? How does this work? It might be a good idea for someone to type up an explanation about each form...

You'd get more/faster responses from the Gameplay forum, but this is what you are talking about.  When you eat a creature in beast-form (by killing it by zooming through it), if that enemy had a projectile attack, you now have that attack.  There's also a pet which helps with this.

Beast form also has nothing to do with the steam, that requires a seperate form.

As for the steam in Mithalas, maybe there's another way around that? :D

It eats the enemies for you, so apparently you have the shooting power. I haven't tried it yet, but that's what I heard.
