1- INTRODUCTION

This translation is for unnoficial 1.1.3+ version. This one can be used for Steam version, but only partially. I will explain this later.

This translation is still being revised, if you find any mistake or you have suggestion, please tell me!

2- FILES NECCESARY

If you have the game but not the new version, you can download it here:

2- INSTALATION

* Backup your 'Aquaria' folder where you want.
* Install 1.1.3+ if you dont have it (follow instruccions here -> http://www.bit-blot.com/forum/index.php?topic=4313.0)
* Unzip Aquaria-Spanish.rar
* Copy folder 'es_ES' folder in your \Aquaria\locales\

3- STEAM VERSION INSTALATION

Steam's version is older than the actual one, because that many things can't be translated. Only history will be translated and GFX menu things. Everything else can't be translated.

* Search your 'Aquaria' folder in Steam folder.
* Like always, backup it.
* Unzip Aquaria-Spanish.rar
* Copy and replace SCRIPT and GFX folder ONLY in 'Aquaria' folder from Steam

Esta traducción está pensada para la versión 1.1.3+ no oficial. Se puede usar para la versión de Steam sólo en parte, que explicaré más adelante.

2- INSTALACIÓN

* Haced una copia de seguridad de vuestra carpeta del 'Aquaria' donde queráis.
* Si no tenéis aún la versión 1.1.3+ instaladla (instrucciones aquí -> http://www.bit-blot.com/forum/index.php?topic=4313.0)
* Descomprimid el archivo Aquaria-Spanish.rar
* Copiad la carpeta 'es_ES' dentro de la carpeta \Aquaria\locales\

3- INSTALACIÓN PARA VERSIÓN STEAM

La versión de Steam es anterior a la actual, así que muchas cosas no se pueden traducir simplemente porque entraría en conflicto con el código del juego. Sólo veréis en español la historia en sí misma, pero los objetos, algunas descripciones y algunas cosas más no se pueden traducir.

* Localizad la carpeta del 'Aquaria' dentro de Steam.
* Como siempre haced una copia de seguridad de la vuestra carpeta de 'Aquaria' donde queráis.
* Descomprimid el archivo Aquaria-Spanish.rar
* Copiad y sustituid SÓLO el contenido de la carpeta SCRIPT y GFX dentro de la carpeta del 'Aquaria' de Steam

* Translate Aquarians texts
* Find someone good with Graphic Programs for translate Menu ()
* Fix centering the name of the songs
* Perhaps slightly reduce the size of the letters in the Save menu and recipes because because many things are very long in Spanish.
* In Recipe Menu fix "Cualquier bone"
* Fix Achievements ffor can see Spanish caracters
* Fix "None!", lock and unlocked strings
* Fix maps that cant be translated (ThirteenLair, KingJellyCave, TurtleCave, MermogCave,

When I translated the game I was really sad with GFX because My knowledge with graphics are very.... useless.

But then, someone, did a amazing job for it!

DAvid, really SORRY for spend that LONG time in do something that could be done in few minutes. I haven't forgiven, either in Heaven or Hell.

Cuando traduje este juego estaba muy triste porque mis conocimientos sobre edición gráfica eran (y son)... bueno... inútiles.

Pero entonces, alguien, hizo un trabajo increíble:

David. En serio, LO SIENTO. Algo que podía haber hecho en apenas unos minutos he tardado en hacerlo prácticamente 2 meses. Es cierto que tuve varias semanas de estar a tope y no acordarme, pero en 2 meses tuve de sobra para hacerlo. No hay perdón que valga. O como dijo Simon en los 90: "No tengo perdón ni de Dios ni del Diablo".
