Aquaria's NEW font? Permission?

I'm from Brazil, so, sorry if my english is not so good. Anyway, first, I would like to ask the permission to the developers to translate Aquaria to Portuguese-BR (the graphics (I'm a designer) and subtitles). And second: IF you guys give the permission, I would like to know if there's anyway to change do .GLF Font file in the game directory, because we use accents here at Brazil, things like "É, Ã, Í", etc... Anyway, I'm not translating to a commercial use, just to share with friends.

I've installed the patch, but still doesn't have accents in the font, so it didn't solve my problem.

Looking at the included font.png, it seems to have accents.
