I love the funky colors of the underwater world, now if only I wasn't colorblind.

I can't define them, like.... give me a blue and purple pencil and tell me to point out the purple pencil and I will, give me a blue and a dark blue pencil and ask me to point out the purple one and I'll point at the blue one.

I've learned through the years that I'm not so much blind to them as long as I use logic to define them. xD
Also I hate April fools day.

You know, that reminds me--XKCD did this great big survey a while back about identifying colors. It is pretty hilarious. You might find it interesting as well.

Also I hate April fools day.

April Fools' Day has the worst bad parts of literally any regular celebration I have ever encountered. I think everyone hates it, at least a little. (It can be occasionally hilarious or otherwise really interesting when it permits normally strait-laced institutions to loosen up and tell some obvious jokes, though. So, against my better judgement, I still rank it as like my fifth-favorite holiday. Even although great swathes of it do tend to inspire white-hot burning rage in me.)

I'm the same way alpha. I have a hard time with deep blues and greens. I had a pair of green sweat pants I constantly called black they were that dark. But I learned much like yourself to define the colors I saw through what other people had told me they were. Though the very slight shades I tend to misname just because they are too close to the zones of light that make it hard for me to differentiate. Yeah April fools can be evil.

I've worn a pink shirt for years before figuring out it was pink, not blue.
And here I wondered why I was being called gay. Yeah, colors are tricky.

Also today was a disaster, I felt like stabbing one of my coworkers and heading off.
