Mouse annoyances

I'm just trying out the demo and have two little annoyances:

- The look isn't working on the middle mouse button, nothing happens when I click/hold it. I have it set to do a middle-click in the mouse control panel (MS Intellipoint). The middle mouse functionality doesn't seem mappable to the keyboard.

- Do I really have to hold the left mouse button down constantly to move? Again this doesn't seem mappable to the keyboard and I find my hand cramps up if it's constantly holding the button.

They're a little whiny I know, any ideas?

ASDW also moves.

Middle Mouse not working sounds like a setting on your driver/mouse that needs to be changed. (the game just looks for mouse button 3 which is the standard)

The mouse look started working 5 minutes after posting, not sure what it was but the problem must have been on my end.
