Can't get health egg (SPOILERS)

I just beat the boss in the frozen cave just off the frozen veil.  He dropped a health egg, but I can't take it, even if I swim right through it.  Is there a console cheat or any kind of workaround to get it anyway?

have you tried to sing at it?

It should work in the same way as the first one.
