ummm.... One Way Turtle from temple = thing with lots of eyes on sticks now what

Yar...so after getting fish form and going back to area where second costume ( for me ) was received after beating big crab, there is a room with a turtle that takes you to another turtle in room in Kelp? There is a creature with one eye and then lots of other eyes on poles surrounding the main body. I'm assuming that they correspond to verse notes but couldn't get anything to happen there. What gives? spoilers okay here folks.....thx

Basically you sing along with him very quickly.  He sings, say, note 1, you sing note one.  Then he'll sing, say, note 1, note 5.  You sing 1, 5. So on.  I think the song goes up to eight notes, but I'm more or less entirely unsure about that.  You need to be very quick, because Simon (as in says, that's the nickname for this boss) has a very short attention span/patience.

This is the Simon Sez 'boss', Simon being the actual name for this boss, you first need to right click it, or use some sort of action button on him to activate him first, THEN you need to repeat the notes he sings, do this 8 times and you'll get (spoiler)a third cooking slot.

After that you just receive simple un-rare cooking items.

It took me about eight times; I swear, at the end I was about ready to quit the game out of frustration. However, Aquaria's beauty would have reeled me back in soon enough.

Good luck in the ordeal - if you can't finish it, just leave for a while. The boss is a very small part of Aquaria, and it's a shame to leave the rest unexplored for Simon's sake.

I keep trying, but I haven't beaten him yet, but I have still finished the game 3 times so you are not doomed just carry on playing and keep trying to beat him...
