Link to download after purchase?
« on: December 08, 2007, 05:21:22 am »
Sorry if I'm just being impatient, but the link IS sent in an email following the payment, correct? I payed and got an email receipt, but I never noticed a DOWNLOAD HERE button. Did I miss something, or is a second email impending? >.< I want to play this so bad...

Yep, and I just did as Alec suggested in your topic and found it in my Spam folder. >.> Silly Gmail, that's not spam! Funny though, gmail almost never gets that wrong.

I have the same problem, although there's nothing in my Spam folders.  (I ordered the game a couple of hours ago)

I'm using a Comcast email address, and checked my preferences in the webmail app - an option to "Keep spam from reaching my Inbox" was checked, I'm starting to think the messages came in and were just obliterated permanently by Comcast's junk controls.  Is there any way to re-send the emails?

Same here.  In the meanwhile, can I transfer my save from the demo to the retail?

Yeah, the installer will move them for you!

If you need to move them manually, just copy the save directory and init.cfg + usersettings.xml files over.

Well.

Actually I have the same problem. I used the mail from my old school and since some weeks ago I didn't get even one Spam mail. Before there have been about 20 a day. There is no mail in the Spam folder.

Oh and I got the receipt from Plimus.

I hope someone can help me.

You can try contacting us with your contact info, if your order went through we can reactivate your download.

email: admin@bit-blot.com

You can also try Plimus support. Sometimes they do confirmation stuff that takes a bit.
