A Question About Steam Aquaria
« on: April 26, 2010, 11:50:54 pm »
Okay. When I found this delightful game a year ago, I was being assigned a story on indie games so I simply purchased the best of the litter from Steam. I'd never heard of Aquaria before to be honest. Apparently this is a terrible idea for indie games since Steam never updates anything that isn't paying them through the nose. Is there any way to get a newer version of the game or do I just have to buy it again from the developers this time?

I'm not sure I understand your question....?

If you have the Steam version of Aquaria, then you have the most recent version of the game and no "updates" are necessary (updates for any game download automatically on Steam).

That was my question as well. Is steam's version really the most recent? It's not been updated since 2008 it says.

Not only is the Steam version the latest version, it's the only way to easily get that latest version.
