A new world?

Hey guys,

I was just playing Aquaria when I saw something new at the veil. While swimming there I saw a fish-shaped submarine. It made a weird sound and the map blinked suddenly. When I double-clicked on the map, I saw blue glittering all over the left side of the veil. Now I know that there's a whole new world to explore when an area glittering on the map. The weird thing is that I have already explored whole veil. Does this mean there's another hidden world over there that I haven't encountered yet? If so, where's the passage to it? Or is this just a bug in the game?

The only fish-shaped submarine I know of is on the way to/from the turtle cave and the bubble cave you need beast form for. Been there, done that?

In this case it's not a new world so much as it is a "Go here" indicator.  So head on over there and see what you can find.

Then you misunderstood, or maybe you are confused with a different game.
Like PiSketch said, it is just a hint of where you should go next, to help those players who have no clue what they should do and need a little bit of direction.

In this particular case, the author wanted you find someone swimming around at the indicated point. Both for game play and plot wise, it would be wise to recruit him before moving further to the right past the fish shaped submarine. If you had already done that, then you can ignore the signal.

The only fish shaped submarine is in the veil, found after you barely entered the right hand veil area. There are no fish shaped submarines in the turtle or bubble cave.

I have already found Li so I guess there's nothing else to explore there. I've finished the game 2 times before (just wanted to try out the new version of Aquaria) so I know what to find in most areas. After I saw that blue glittering I thought there was a whole new world incorporated in the new version  . But I guess this isn't the case? What's the purpose of that glittering then if I've already found Li and explored the whole veil?

Ah, ok, if you've already found Li then I don't think it does anything.  The idea is probably that you'll find the sub before you'll find Li, so finding his sub would give you a map marker to show you where you should go next.

Yeah its a pointer towards Li. Some people thought he was easily missed before..
