Where do I find Red Bulb?

Olá everyone!

I hope you can help me...
I finish the game and to amuse myself, I have been trying to cook all recipes. But I can not fins this Red Bulb anywhere!
And thrust me, I have gone all arround the map.  ::)
Does anyone know where should I look further?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Cold/Hot Borscht AND Volcano roll are both obtainable through either killing the banana slug (lower part kelp forest) or by opening them song bulbs.
So even if you wasted the Red Bulbs, you can still get all recipes.

On my way to get them and have a feast!

Edit: I realised I have already opened all these glowing plants. That is sad indeed...
          To bad we can not find it anywhere else. I believe that Red Bulbs is the only 'limited edition' ingredient. Am I right?

I have NO idea what the banana slug is!
I know what the sun worm is though.
