Nah, it's cool. Am not trying to do anything out of frustration :) What I want to achieve for now is simple - tracing TAB key to enable it in single-player maps ;) I believe it can be done. As for mods, a SDK would be more adequate. I'm cool with Python scripting, so no biggie there. Coding won't be hard, LUA being straight to the point..

beer accepted :)

steals beer, runs off
cackles insanely, while getting drunk of one beer

Anyway, What has Python exactly got to do with Aquaria?

I mean, I'm just learning Python atm, and I'd love to script something for it. Or at least try.

It's not related to Aquaria mainly, but more to the "archives" that store the data. MapleStory for instance is another game that has its stuff packed similar to Aquaria, using zlib for compression/crypto. For that game, the only unpackers made were scripted in Python, since it's easy to blend by zlib..

Uhm... nope. ;)
Be sure to only post in ooold threads if you really have to add something to it. A new point of view, idea, ... Otherwise it is better to let it slumber. :)

You'll know when not to post if the last post was a year ago ... and a warning comes up in big red letters saying "This thread has not been posted in for over 120 days."  ;) Like Xiagan says, some threads must rest in peace.
