The Sun Temple is in the right section of the Veil - check your map for passages leading to the right.

Didn't he outright say he only wanted "gentle nudges" and not to be told exactly what to do? ??? *shakes finger at Chibi*

Don't forget to retrieve the Urchin Armor from the series of bubbles above where you found the egg - the armor hurts anything that touches you, and is very useful for bosses that you can cling on to (the Creator, Sea Dragon, etc.)

Yeah, I actually had that loooooong before I posted here. BTW, what's that condor for that's above that particular piece of armor? He just seems to flap around a bunch in one spot. Getting to his nest is such a complete pain that I've only managed to do it twice, but there's not a single thing there. For a detail that's THAT hard to reach, you'd think there'd be some point to him. That armor though was easier to find than some of this other stuff. For example...

I was mainly wondering if you had found the temple in The Veil. The form you get from it pretty much allows you to go anywhere in the game.

Temple? Eh, never mind, this is getting into spoiler territory. I'll find whatever it is you're talking about eventually. (I've been everywhere in the veil so far as I can see. Maybe there's an entire zone I haven't found yet. Who knows.)

Huh, never knew the costumes in this game did something special.

Btw, try shooting the bird.  There's another one on the other side of the veil, too.  Much easier to reach.

All but two of the costumes have some special augmentation or effect.

The Rook (bird) drops Rook Eggs; essential ingredients in the rarest recipes.

At firstyou have her naturl form with which she has to learn how to bind and form a shield, and then she has to learn to use a weapon, up until now there are no choices but once she has those abilities the game becomes open to choice with only a few areas that require special forms.
I know of two case where player actually went deep into the abyss without a light source, and I still can't get over that :o But that just shows how this game allows real freedom of play so just explore and decide yourselves :)
