The Mithalas Cathedral Boss...

Hmmm... I have been trying to beat this boss for an hour or two now, but I can't figure out what else I can do. I have gotten him to swallow the poison frog, I have spammed him with energy attacks, I have tried to get behind him, I have tried reflecting his shots... And now I'm stuck. Am I missing something?

I'm not the subtle hint-giver, so this is brief and total Spoilers: (highlight to read) (He should keep spawning frogmen.  Get them to swim into the poison vents, where they become poison (or "bloated") frogmen, then get him to eat it.  Repeat until his eyes explode, THEN spam energy.)

If you'd prefer subtlety, I'll let someone else do that.

OK, Thanks. Ill give that a try. One more thing. can you bind the frogmen?

They follow you until you give them gas, then they can be bound. Good luck! And remember, your shield can reflect anything, as long as you keep refreshing it.

Excellent! Just beat it. I have to say, that was a good boss. lol. Very hard.  Thanks a ton for the help!

Anyway, now it's off to the priests to get spirit form... Any tips for that?

The priests (like another boss in the sunlight) just need a lot of constant running and gunning: not a very difficult boss. My advice would be to eat a spicy roll and/or hot soup and circle the area while shooting. If you have the fish form, you can trap some of them in bubbles, but it didn't work very well for me. (Too much maintenance)
