That sounds possible.  You probably by pure luck managed to scream at the right time to hit the mouth as well and it spawned enemies.Which...if you could do that twice...yea that would kill him without having to shoot the mouth at all.  Neat trick.

Haha, yeah, gotta try that out sometime, I don't know for sure though, it could've just been that I accidentally shot the mouth with a charged form without knowing it.
