Spirit Form help.

I was wondering how do i get the spirit form. i just recently go fish form and took the nature path to mithalas i believe. I searched around and i'm unsure on what exactly i am to do.

Well as you know there's a nature form bulb inside a house in the upper-right portion of Mithalas (You need beast form to access it, as it is blocked by a current).  Once inside you should find a boss.

Oh thanks. After some more playing i figured it out. I've goten to this part with bubbles in the sky and theres an urchin costume in a bubble above the big bubble. I try relentlessly trying to get it but it seems i'm unable to how can i reach it?

With beast form, hot soup and a bit skill.

Well now i've discovered that i need li to continue through the abyss. I've seen him before but i was unsure on how to " active " him. So i left him be for the time as i did the sun temple. But now i've looked through out the veil unable to find him. Could someone point out his location? or is it more of a path/random thing?

I think he appears randomly in a spot, but when you found him he always ends up at one point, so keep following him.
And he is to be found in the LEFT side of the veil in the RIGHT coupe or round thing of the veil, somewhere with a cave.

After you've found Li, make sure you don't put on his helmet. He'll stay in that cave if you put it on him again.

But even so you can summon him to you with his song even if you do leave him.  So you don't have to go all the way back to the cave if you miss him...I dind't miss him much.
