It would be so great if they did this.
Look at what the Trine 2 creators are doing for their game:

It's a Wii U exclusive and it will have added features, etc.
If they can put Aquaria on an iPad then they can release it for the Wii U eshop. With the gamepad and stylus it would be a great combo!
