Same exact issue here, just DLed the Humble build pack. Here are the System specs:
Laptop - 2 GB RAM, Intel Core 2 CPU T5500 1.66 GHz
Windows Vista
ATI Mobility Rage X1400
Here is a screenshot of the main game screen with the cursor over the "Exit" option:
Tried with all combinations of the config options, VSync, Framebuffer and Fullscreen. This is the best I can get it to look.
