Support / Information it would be nice to have...

Having bought Aquaria, there is some information that I would like to have, but more-so, information that I think that you really should give out.  I realise that there may be reasons for not giving this information, bu it is the sort of thing that would be really useful to customers...


1) How many download attempts can I make and over what period
2) How big is the download
3) How many times can I install this off one key (can I install it on a desktop and a laptop, or at home and work for example)

This should all really be in the email that you get having purchased the game

Well, I'm downloading it form work now and the link worked just fine.  How about that.

I realise that this isn't really the place, but I need to get in contact with the makers asap.  I've sent them an email, but hopefully a post here will help get through.  My download of the full version screwed up (at least partly my fault), and now the download link tells me I have exceeded the allowed number of downloads or the amount of time available.  HELP!?!?!?
