giant eyeball can drop the thrid cooking slot. you need click on the giant eye, and then it will play the songs, and then you follow it to play the same song. i think after 5 songs you can get it. after each song, next song will be harder, just test your memories.  If you have bad memories, this is big problem, because it will change everytime when you do it again.

I get those pcitures from my friends, i am not quite sure this is his own, I only get 8 pages of recipes. Does anyone knows where can I get those recipes?
