I wonder if the registration keys you get with the full version could be used to activate the Steam one...

Nope. Any chance this could be fixed?

Hi everybody, my name is Psymon. And I am a Mass Effect addict. ;)

That game is severely awesome though. Some tech issues, but the story and character interaction are where it shines. The characters are brilliant, and it's interesting how your view on them changes. Ashley starts out looking like your average 'badass chick with a heart of gold' but as you talk to her she turns out to be something of a racist who takes a little too much pleasure in dispatching her enemies.

Once ya get past the learning curve its alot of fun to play

Unfortunately it's less of a learning curve and more of a learning wall. I'm going to keep trying, I've got nothing else to do now that school's ended.

The Witcher is a very good game, though Mass Effect (and Aquaria) is proving a lot more addictive at the moment. The combat system is pretty innovative and the story and voice acting that I've seen have been very good. I think a fair bit of the script was lost in translation though, a lot of stuff comes off out of context or just plain strange (Vesimir, a witcher who looks about 60, keeps referring to a 20 something sorceress as 'babe').

And the intro movie kicks ass. HARD.
