If jumping is not working for you, you can get up another way but you will need a +speed food, maybe even +2.  You can jump from the water up into the bubbles at the right hand side of the island in the middle of the frozen viel

I cannot seem to get up past the 3rd and 4th crystals (counting away from the water).  All I seem to be able to do is jump from one wall to the next get higher but never quire being able to make on to the top of that one crystal.

Alright, so I know where this guy is but how do I get up there?  I assume it has something to do with the crystals on the left hand side of the frozen veil but I cannot seem to get up.  Any help would be appreciated.
