I feel silly but why can't I figure it out? I play the note and then she still shoots at me, then the 4 bouncy guys and the snake, then the same thing all over again. Am I playing the note at the wrong time or something?

Oh the horror! I was riding a seahorse around in the dark near the coelacanth-like creatures (Open Waters). Now that I've disembarked it appears that bugs have crawled all over me! I can't swim anywhere. How do I get them off? Are they going to slowly kill me?
