All the next gen consoles seem to have programs for indies. So I'd say they're all possibilities.
I think Aquaria would feel more at home on the Wii or X360 than the PS3 at this point.
Indeed, Live Arcade is definitely an option . . . though it might be cheaper to make it for Wii
The Wii controller also seems to be a perfect fit for the type of gameplay found in Aquaria.

You guys NEED to contact Nintendo and find out information about development. Once this game is out, you should be able to register as an official Nintendo developer (www.warioworld.com). Nintendo has pledged to support indies, so if you could get a playable build of the game to present, I'm willing to bet you could even get some funding.
