4. in the order page, in one part it will show you your license. at the top is your order refernce number. copy this into the support, customer support page.
I'm having the same problem as the guy above where I get to this point and it tells me "This order is currently being processed, access to it using this system is not possible at this time, please try again later." I've only waited 4 hours or so though, so maybe I'm just being impatient.
edit: turns out I was being impatient after all, Plimus emailed me after 7 hours and made me re-enter my phone number before they gave me the link
