Thats a very old issue of N gamer Derek, it doesn't show the newest mario's in games like Super Mario Sunshine, Galaxy and the recently released Brawl. It stops at 2004.

I thought that the basic point was that, if you torrent your a bad guy. Doesn't matter whether you torrent off EA or off Bit blot. Your still a pirate. Alphasoldier and Glamador tried to justify it, but as alpha explained later, he was just joking.

Wrong. Its not about what you intend. The means do not justify the ends, nor does the end justify the means. I dont give a damn what your reasons are for torrenting.

I think the "moral significance" of torrenting and pirating stems from the intentions of the torrenter. I know people who torrent for the simple reason that they don't feel like paying for something. Then there are people who have reasons aside from pure greed. If you're intention is to either pay for, or delete what you've downloaded once you've "demoed" it then I think it's equivalent to say, watching a movie on TV, or playing a game demo and then going out and buying the full version. It's all about what you INTEND at the time.

Yes I use torrents alot, but all that I actually do with it doesn't really seem all that illegal, more likely righteous, besides the music... but who doesn't do that? I mean those singers are already rich enough, no need to give them more money. =p

Sure, it was a rant but it had a grain of truth in it. You can't really pretend to be all holy and righteous by saying " ooh i torrent off only big horrible companies like Blizzard or EA because they deserve it and not indie games" You torrent, your a pirate. I'm not saying im the honest peter pan here either. Its just that you cant justify yourself by saying i torrent off people who deserve it and because its too expensive. You/we are just as bad as the people who torrent off indie gaming.

« on: January 28, 2008, 04:17:57 pm »well, ive pulled up my map (and isn't it annoying that it doesn't show you which bits youve explored unless you are in the zone you want to look at? You have to get to the zone you want to look at - then open your map :S) but anyway...
Ive obviously already explored the tunnel to the left of what i *thought* was the whale, but it leads to a man-made entrance with the same symbol as Li's cave. I have Li with me but he doesn't do anything :S
Go back to that entrance and just try fooling around, with the gate along with li..you have to get past that . !

Thats not the whale at all. When you find the whale, which is in the Abyss, you will clearly be able to see its a whale, which you have to play the whale song too.
But as far as getting on with the story line, just search around a bit more,pull up your minimap and look for places that you haven't been to. Thats how you progress in this game at all..

Thats funny because on playing the game and watching through the ending, thats not something that really rubs off . First off, the fact that the creator and eric are two seperate entities is hard to gather, but i thought that the Creator/Eric/Small boy who he apparently really is wanted just company or something akin to a mother?

You don't have to be really obsessed, you find the first two memories with relative ease. After that putting two and two, you could come to the forums for help for the 3rd memory. I think the majority of the people who did finish the game found all hidden memories.
