Support / Can't download the game again?

This is pretty crappy...trying to download the game to my work laptop and get this:

Cannot download

This product is no longer available for download, this may be due to the maximum number of allowed attempts exceeded or the allotted time.
Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support.

If I can only download the game once, that is complete ass. If it's an error, then how do I fix it. I mean, I understand wanting money and such, and I absolutely love the game, but I want to play it on the go too. And if it is an issue of "money hats" then what happens when someone's system crashes and they lose the downloaded installer?

I have some ideas, but I want to play through the game first before I being thinking about anything narrative. Wouldn't want to plan something out then have to change it completely because it didn't fit right. I mean, that is going to happen anyways (completely changing stuff) but the less I have to do it the better.

This is a question I would like a definitive answer to as well as I intend to have it on my desktop and my laptop. Not to play simultaneously mind you.
