Aquaria for iPad / Re: Any chance of virtual stick controls?

iPads don't have USB ports. Thought everybody knew that.

How a gamepad would even work if the game is not programmed to work with a gamepad...? Maybe if I was jailbroken, but still...

Aquaria for iPad / Any chance of virtual stick controls?

I love, love Aquaria so much. Bought the PC version back when it was released for $30 and it's well worth it. At $5 this game is a steal.

That said, I don't like the controls on the iPad version very much. They work well, but my hand keeps blocking the screen. It's a beautifull game, so I don't want my ugly hand in front of it. It's also a little tiresome because I have to constantly keep moving my hand.

Is there any chance for the inclusion of a virtual analog stick in the future? I have one of those Fling for iPad joysticks, and it plays like a dream with Glowfix HD, a game with very similar gameplay (they even have the touch controls option that is exactly the same as Aquaria's). The option would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers  ;)

Well, if the FAQ says that the game will have around 100mb. Who know, maybe Nintendo really has some super-secret compression methods, like Kyuur said. :P

Hi guys.

First, congrats on the work. I'm absolutely in love with the games concept, art and all. Very nice piece of work.

Well, I was reading about the game at IGN's boards and some people think that would be cool to see the game on WiiWare. I think the game would work great with the Wii controls... and the style and art of the game fits the Wii's audience more than X-Box 360 and PS3, IMO.

I know that this probably was already mentioned before, but... man, it just sound right!

They only problem is, I think that the limit of WiiWare is 40mb or something... :(

Well, on Wii or PC I'll sure buy it (and if it goes Wii I'll buyt it two times!). Congrats again ppl. :)
