Support / Re: Screen-resolution in windowed mode

I tried to take a screenshot of this problem but the thing is that the screenshot shows everything in the game window - not everything I can see on my screen so it doesn't do any good to post a screenshot here. It's like the game window is too big for my monitor screen and hence I can't see the last few milimeters of the game window to either side. When I turn down the resolution the game window fits inside my monitor screen but the window is smaller than what is necessary. I don't know if this has to do with a difference between 16:9 and 16:10 and I'm not sure what my monitor uses other than the fact that it's an Samsung SyncMaster 226 BW 22 inch widescreen.

The lower resolutions works but it would be nice to play the game with a bigger window and still be able to see the entire game screen  such as your health bar etc.

Support / Screen-resolution in windowed mode

Hi.

I recently bought Aquaria from Steam and I am loving the game (apart from the fact that I am completely stuck in Energy Temple) but I am one of those who have the GeForce crash with white screen and driver issues and nothing I have tried in that thread works for me other than to play the game in windowed mode. It's a shame to play such a beautiful game that way but it's better than to have the game crash every 20 minutes. But here is my question: When I play in window mode at my monitor's native resolution 1680*1050 it cuts off some of the sides and buttom of the screen so I can't see my health bar (only a part of it). When I lower the resolution I can now see the entire game window but the window is much smaller than my monitor's size and hence smaller than it needs to be. Is there anything I can do to fix this and basically maximize the game window to fit the monitor size but still be able to see the entire game?

I hope the question is clear, and I haven't seen an answer on this forum to this problem. (English is not my native language so forgive any errors in this post).
