Running a scan on my computer, and the Aquaria.exe file from the demo version is detected by Comodo anti-virus as Heur.Pck.MoleBox .

Probably a false positive, but the file appears to be submitted to Comodo for analysis, and just to be sure, I re-downloaded a fresh copy (from the url below) and the same detection was made.

Just a quick FYI

Okay, folks -

Easy fix here, for the demo v 1.0, I opened up init.cfg in the aquaria directory, and changed the first two series of numbers to match my screen resolution.

So the whole of the file is a series of numbers like this:
1680 1050 32 1 1 1 255 1 0 1 1 0
     ^        ^
WidthxHeight

I've only played a minute or two of the game, but it seems to work ok so far - and is a far better alternative than pirating a full version of Aquaria just to play a good demo.

Best,
MJ

Hi everyone,

I downloaded the demo to see if I would like the game, only to find out that the demo doesn't support widescreen monitors.
It looks like the full version does in fact support widescreen monitors, however.

How would you recommend that I sample the game in a manner that is consistent with the full version of the game?

Your input is appreciated,
MJ
