I've already had all these (crab armour, seahorse suit, third cooking slot and the seed treasure) when I played the gauntlet on the back of the seahorse, I was only curious of the other people experiences with the gauntlet.
Thanks for the advice but I am soooooo glad I didn't read it before I did it myself. I've only read a few posts that seemed to relate to the things I've already done quite a while ago, to avoid spoilers. I think I'll leave the forum until I've finished the game.
Thanks anyway, I will certainly be back to share/gain experience but only after my first time

hmm... I've managed to beat the record engraved on the rock, hence the seahorse armour, but was there anything else? I've managed to beat my own record (newly engraved in the rock) as well, but nothing happened then...

PS: I've had the beast form already, so passing currents was not an issue

I've tried herding as well, but then I "figured out" that it is the opportunity to complete the gauntlet in the "proper" way  - which I thought was, of course, on the back of the seahorse (I was REALLY suspicious - when you change onto the spirit form, you can see that the ball of light running around is in fact the seahorse-creature ghost )
I've managed to beat my own record (first time I used the fish form, like all of you did), but then that was it ...
Horse race was fun, though (although controlling it was quite tricky at the beginning)

I've got saves from the abyss but it is all dark when I try to play it now! so I guess it's fixed for good

And the other passage I mentioned - it is in the Kelp Forest, in the area where the Forest Sprite Cave is. In the top left (north-west)  corner of that area - there is a narrow passage leading to the right (east) and at the end of that little passage there is a possibility to go further, but it is completely dark beyond - I did go, and got hurt (touched some creature? plant? - don't know, as it was completely dark), so I went again in nature form and it was safe then, but couldn't proceed, possibly because of some strong currents.

Something funny... tried to get into the western abyss, but it was dark (she says she wouldnt enter without a light source) so went back searching for light . then later on enetered the eastern part of abyss and, voila! there was light, so went through both parts of abyss until I got stuck at the green ball passage. so went back to an ancient turtle and back to the kelp forest, got nature form, and went back to all the green passages in the map and then to the one in abyss and... SURPRISE! abyss is dark again.
was it some sort of bug when there was light there?
at the same time the cave with shipwreck in kelp forest (the one I got the "treasure chest" from is now completely dark and some passage on north as well (dont know this one, cause its dark, but can only get there in nature form (something burns me in other forms) - should this one be dark as well or is it just another manifestationn of the same bug?

no spoilers please, I'm having so much fun exploring it by myself, just wanted to know if all is fine with my game
