Gameplay / Tech problem

I've finally managed to kill Mithalas Cathedral Boss and now i'm stuck because there's nothing on the screen. It's blank (white). There's only background music and some sounds. I've waited for almost 15 minutes but nothing happened. The music's playing and that's it. Really need some advice because it's rather upsetting
