Support / Problem starting the Demo

I recently downloaded the Aquaria Demo(2007.12.07) version 1.0.0.1 and I can't seem to get it started.
It replies with "The dynamic link library 'MSVCP80.dll' could not be found" when I try to start the program. I've looked in the demo directory and the file is there, so I was wondering if there was any known issue that's causing this.
I'm trying to run the demo on a Dell Inspiron 8600 with XP.
