Ahhh - thank you so much for your help. You know the feeling that you get when you hold a bubble wrap in your fingers?  You feel the resistance, you apply the pressure and then this lovely satisfying sound of the bubble bursting.  Thats what if felt like to scream for the first time and I couldnt have done it without you !  Wonderful game, had hours and hours of pleasure playing it.  Still more hours to come I am sure.

So near yet so far away - in the body, saved Li and got the dual form but cant get past the heart thing because I find dual form of Li almost impossible to control and fire at the same time.  Is it possible to get past that thing with energy form?  And do I have to kill the heart ?  If so how?  Still a great game

Thank you thank you - I found it last night and got through and collected my spirit form without reading this last message.  I just love this game and the support from people like you make it a great experience

Thank you so much for the helpful comments but I already have the nature form, beast, energy and Li and I cant seem to find a way into the spirit temple.  I have been through the tunnel at the top right against the current but there isnt a way through ?  I also dont understand why I need nature as I assumed that I would only be able to get through hot vents if I had the spirit form?  Or am I missing something obvious?

I cant find the spirit form?  I have been up to the top right of the Mithalas city, across to the right with beast and apart from another save option there doesnt seem to be anything else I can do there?  The big jellyfish with the red spot is there too but I am not sure if it is a boss or just a watching jelly fish.  I cant go through the abyss without spirit form because the geysers block all my other forms.

He did it in two attempts!! I just didnt realise how many shots it takes to wipe it out but now it is gone and I can play around some more, I suspect this game is going to keep me amused for a long--- time.  I am glad there isnt a walk through because I would have used it instead of working things out by myself.

Thanks for the advice but I am hopeless at shooting at things, my son is coming over later and he has loads of experience so maybe he can do it for me.  It is so frustrating because I love the game and I would be happy just to swim around and find things.  I discovered yesterday that nature is immune to the spikes so that makes things a little easier.

I can't be 100% sure but I think that you do need to kill him to get it? spoiler := He is a tricky customer but so far I have managed to kill him first time each time I played the game so far..... Well except for accidently jumping out the ceiling of course I just use a soup, a crab cake and an energy food and swim around like crazy blasting him but others swop from nature form to energy form to do it because the big spikey things can protect you while you are also immune to the coral in that form. Just use the 2 and 4 keys to swop between them.

Can anyone help me with the Sun temple worm - can't find the place to sit and shoot without being sucked in, can't shoot him down when he is stuck on the spikes, I shot at it for five minutes and nothing happened until I moved then I was hit hard.  I have jumped out and into the veil without killing this boss but not sure if I have to kill him to get the sun form?  If the sun form is elsewhere then can I leave this boss alone and move on?  I am aware that I need the sun form to attempt the abyss.  This is the most fantastic game ever and I love it.
