General / What program or programming language did you use to develop Aquaria?

I tried to search in this forum but I din't found the answer.
Would you mind if I would like to ask you what program or programming language did you use to develop this game ( Aquaria )
In Linux operating systems?
Such as Java , C++ , or anyprograms ??
