Title: help w/mithalas

Y'know...most of this game so far is pretty intuitive, but I'm so stuck in Mithalas it's pitiful.  I can't get to either form and have no clue how to get thru the swift water currents.  I have the fish form, the nature form and the energy form.  Am I missing something obvious?  I have been thru this place like 5 times...!!!

Which part of Mithalas are you stuck in?
The city?
The Palace?
The Cathedral?

Have you been in the throne room?
With the three chairs in the middle, you need to grab something from the bloodred tunnels below it, if you already passed that, you can't be actually stuck anymore. o.o

I have been all through the cathedral but I can't figure out how to get past the currents or the steam vent to get to the boss and the new forms.  Do I need  a form from somewhere else first?

Did you defeat all 3 huge eye things?
And if you did, did you go in that huge mouth thing?
And if you did that, did you go all the way to the end?

Got up in the middle of the night (love that insomnia) and all of a sudden I figured it out!  Beat one of the laser-eyed things but had to go back through again for the other ones to appear.  Once that happened, it was all good.   Thanks!

Lol, they're always there, they don't "just" appear.
