Title: How to start the game?

I've now played the Aquaria demo for one week.

All I got is one song (shield) and 0ne plant (green to atrackt yellies).

I found the song cave and the four stones which you can tell you the song (hope in correct sequence). I've sung this song I think 100 times before the grey door. There is not tutorial where to click or what button to use, that it will open.

Also your short beginners walkthrough gives no solution.

Son any hint, what I have to do?

You have to float infront of the door and just sing that song, though look right if you have to sing the SPIRAL note or the ROUND note.

And I don't know for sure, but I think you need to right click the drawing on the wall so it shows you a smalll cutscene of the door.

Thanks so much, I really mixed up the spiral and the round form.

I'm glad to be able to continue these marvellous game.

You'll notice that if you sing the correct note next to where it is inscribed it will glow briefly.  This game really gives you those little things that are hard to notice.  But it's so satisfying when you do.

Just a note: That only happens in the latest full version. (demo hasn't been updated yet)
