Title: *SPOILERS* (kinda) My cooking guide idea
Post by: f4LLiN on January 16, 2008, 10:22:04 pm

I recently started playing Aquaria - great game to say the least, but lets get to the point of this post. I kinda got annoyed with the fact that when you browse your recipes, you can't see the effect that the food will have on you unless you have a sample of the food that you want to make in your inventory, or if you can remember the effect (and trust me here... I'm VERY good at forgetting  :-[). So I started to write down the ingredients and effects of all the recipes that I have.

Then I started to think I can make a pretty nifty guide thingie. The download just a start, to give an example of what I'm aiming for.

So please give your feedback - if someone has made something similar/better I will immediately back down - and keep in mind that it's just a basic (very, very) rough example.

*instructions*
1 download the file
2 unzip
3 open recipes.htm with your browser

PS - english is not my first language, sorry for any stupid grammar/spelling mistakes.

Hmmmmm.... I'm having trouble attatching the file... can anybody help me out here?

Not to be rude, but if you browsed the forum at all, you would've seen that there is already a topic about having popups in the game that shows what the food does. AND that all recipes plus effects were already posted somewhere.

Yeah, just do a forum search, http://www.bit-blot.com/forum/index.php?topic=516.0. Silvery kitty's guide is probably the most comprehensive one around..
