Okay, after I beat the seahorse race stuff, I went to the east, and made my way to a giant turtle there. It took me to another turtle that's near... well, this round thing with a giant eyeball and a bunch of little round thingies on it.
Can someone please tell me what I'm supposed to do?

Er.. okay, so this is some simon says type of deal apparently. Duh me for not noticing I could click on his eye.
Okay, so I've been trying it... and I have a problem. He keeps doing patterns that make me transform. And when I try to change back, I fail.
Do I just have to keep going until I luck out?
And how long does his pattern get? I suck at these memory things. :p

8 notes. I found it pretty hard too...guess you have to try until you get a lucky combionation. :)

giant eyeball can drop the thrid cooking slot. you need click on the giant eye, and then it will play the songs, and then you follow it to play the same song. i think after 5 songs you can get it. after each song, next song will be harder, just test your memories. If you have bad memories, this is big problem, because it will change everytime when you do it again.

To prevent transforming into another form, keep holding the ctrl-button down (or the right mousebutton).
Don't let go off the button after each song, just keep the singing circle open.

I had a hard time with this one too, for me I just had to wait for an easy song combination before I could do it. I think the song I finally won with had the same note four times at the beginning.

Anybody tried what happens if you beat him again after getting the cooking pot?
-
I've heard you just get various food ingredients.
-
Yeah, when I finally managed to beat it, it was the top note, then bottom, then top, etc... :p

I accidentally discovered a very cheatish way to get the third cooking slot when I started running the game with Firefox, Azureus, and LimeWire running at the same time (don't worry though, I paid thirty bucks for Aquaria).
Needless to say, the game ended up running as slow as hell, which in turn allowed me to get the full tune sung in time.

Hmm...good plan.
