Title: Registration Name / Key not valid

So I decided to actually download the game, I wrote in all the things required, and I downloaded the game. But when I was supposed to write in the Registration Name and Registration Key, I got an error saying that they arent valid.

I copied and pasted the Name + Key several times, and it did not work. I also tried writing both my Name and Key by myself, but I got the same error.

Then I started to think, maybe its becouse of my lastname. Is there a chance that the letter ö can cause problems when youre trying to "validate" your Name and Key?

Yeah, sometimes special characters cause problems.

Please email us using the email address you registered with and we can generate a new key for you.

Hello,

i have got exactly the same problem with an "ä" in my girlfriends lastname.
Also tried it with copy/paste from the confirmation email but it just doesnt work.
Already sent an email or two to admin@bit-blot.com

Yeah, I gave her a new name + key.
