Title: Where's the Fish cave?

I usually like to find things myself but I'm SO SICK of seeing all these fish paths I CAN'T USE.  So I want my fishy form...like now.  Where's this fish cave I've heard so much about?  I'm in the kelp forest but I'm not seeing it.  Cany anybody help a guy out?

Have you explored all of the Kelp Forest?

if not, then explore as far west in the kelp forest as you can go.
