Title: Need a little help finding the Spirit form?

I've been stuck in the abyss for hours, and can't get past the steam gates.  I think I need the spirit form, but I don't know where to find it, other then it's in Mithalas.  Trouble is, I've searched every square inch of the place, and can't find it!  Help!

You need nature form for it. Search the top of Mithalas. Somewhere near a safepoint should be a passage to the spirit form.

First of all, do you know the use of natureform?
Its not only growing spikey plants and nice flowers, it has another use... maybe you've wondered about some wierd looking objects around the map..

 Hint: you also need beast form ... good luck.

Got it!  Oh man, I had been in that room three or four times, but it looks like you've got to be dead center for the thing to happen that nets you the new form.  Still, I got a lot done in those hours, fought some mini-bosses, found some treasure, etc.

You don't NEED the beast form to get it... It's just a lot easier with it...

You can get past those currents by riding a giant jellyfish. ;)
