Title: Minor display bug
Post by: RobertWalker on December 14, 2007, 12:03:15 am
In certain areas, the player can use the look functionality to view areas with uninitialized graphics. A picture will probably explain it best:

This was taken from Naija's home, using the look function to peek into an unvisited section. I'm guessing that those white squares are entities whose graphics haven't been initialized. This was in the demo; maybe it's fixed in the full version (which I'm planning on getting myself for my birthday!).

Yeah, that's a demo-only bug. Just missing files!

a lot of very old posts being unearthed these days... somewhat pungent ;)  in the game proper this is an effective strategy technique that was anticipated by Alec I'm sure and hoping that the widescreen version dosn't spoil this by allowing the player to view whole rooms they would otherwise not be able to!

He has a one day temp ban, I think he'll settle down after. :)
