Are you in that dark tunnel he ran into?
Try to guide him out with sun form.

And because i know you will ask this in ~15 minutes: (:P)
The girl needs to be guided with nature form flowers.

And the tune to open that door? You've heard it all the time, in the background music of the game, the mother's singing it, and so on...
