Can somebody tell me where i can find him?
I know that he is on somewhere between Mithalas City and Home Waters, but not exactly where ... and i want the achievement related to him. :(

In the open space directly outside of Mithalas, just left of the 3 pots in a row. Hope that describes it accurately enough...?
