Title: Some things won't drop

I recently notticed that some creatures or plants have stopped dropping ingredients, such as [SPOILER!] the song plant in the turtle cave, or the special bulb the king mermog is supposed to drop, as well as leaves (none drop them D:) and jelly oil.
What do I do? D:

Did any game file editing recently (or installed a mod)? Try reinstalling Aquaria to refresh the files. Also, if you start a new game, do things drop properly?
